What we sell
Next Gladiator is free. The only thing sold for real money is the Emperor's Favor: a digital item that skips you to the front of the line, so you fight in the next match. Legends don’t wait in line. One favor can be used per fight.

Favors are delivered instantly to the Google account you sign in with. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Taxes may apply. Gold, the game's play currency, cannot be bought, sold or exchanged for money.

Please include your in-game name, the email you used at checkout, and the date of the purchase (your Stripe receipt has it).
Refunds, disputes and cancellation
Refunds: unused favors, within 7 days
- You can ask for a refund within 7 days of a purchase.
- We refund the favors from that purchase you haven't used, in proportion to the price. For example, if you bought 5 favors for $1.99 and used 2, you get $1.19 back (3 of 5 × $1.99).
- Refund = price paid × unused favors ÷ favors in the pack, rounded to the nearest cent. That's about $0.40 per unused favor in the ×5 pack, $0.33 in the ×12 pack and $0.20 in the ×25 pack.
- Used favors can't be refunded. After 7 days, purchases can't be refunded.
- Refunds are never automatic: email us to request one.
- If you were charged in error, charged twice, or your favors never arrived, we'll deliver them or refund you in full.
Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. The refunded favors are removed from your account.
Disputes
If something's wrong with a charge, please contact us first: most problems are fixed the same day. If you dispute a charge with your bank, the favors from that purchase are held while the dispute is reviewed.
Cancellation
Emperor's Favor packs are one-time purchases. There are no subscriptions and nothing to cancel.
Returns
We don't sell physical goods, so there's nothing to ship or return.

The game
Next Gladiator is provided by Sirhc Studios. By playing you agree to these terms. We may change or improve the game at any time.
Accounts and fair play
- You can play without an account. To buy or use the Emperor's Favor you sign in with Google.
- Names must not be offensive or pretend to be someone else. We may rename, suspend or remove players who cheat, exploit bugs, harass others or abuse the game.
- You must be at least 13 years old to play. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to buy anything.
Digital items and play money
- An Emperor's Favor is a license to use a feature in the game. It has no cash value and can't be sold, traded or transferred.
- Gold is play money. It is earned in the game only, can't be bought, and can never be exchanged for money or anything of value. Betting in the game uses gold only: it is not gambling.
- If the game can't honor a favor because of a problem on our side, we'll return the favor.
Promotions
There are no promotions right now. If we run one, its terms will be posted on this page.
Where it's available
Purchases aren't available where prohibited by law, including to people or places under U.S. sanctions.
The fine print
The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Sirhc Studios isn't liable for indirect or incidental losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 30 days before it. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Sirhc Studios is based. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Privacy
What we collect
- Playing: the name you choose, your game progress (gold, wins, the gear you own) and a random key stored in your browser.
- Signing in with Google: your Google account ID and first name, used to keep your favors on your account. We never see your Google password.
- Buying: Stripe handles the payment. We never see or store your card number. We keep a record of each purchase (what, when, how much).
How we use it
To run the game, save your progress, deliver what you bought, stop cheating and fraud, and answer support requests. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who else handles it
Stripe (payments), Google (sign-in), and Cloudflare and Netlify (hosting), each only to do their part.
Your choices
Email us to see or delete your account data. The game isn't meant for children under 13.
